Sporo tych wymagań spełnia współczesny Object Pascal, czy to Delphi czy
FPC. 
Nie jest oczywiście C-like, ale zarówno niskopoziomowy, gdy trzeba, czyli
ręczne alokację pamięci, wskaźniki, wstawki ASM, jak i wysokopoziomowy, z
interfejsami, generykami, anomousami, rekordami z metodami, pełnym OOP i
RTTI. 
Jest łatwy i czytelny.
