According to court documents, police say Gary Williams raped a 12-year-old girl three times and gave her two sexually transmitted infections. He was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with rape, according to police records. In an affidavit, police say Williams admitted to having sex with the girl but said it was consensual and that he did not know her age. He also told police during an interview that he had a sexually transmitted infection and believed he possibly passed it on to the girl, documents say. In November, the victim's mother approached Cincinnati police and brought Facebook messages between her daughter and Williams, documents say. The 12-year-old told police Williams had picked her up before school Dec. 7 and raped her in the back of his car, documents say. The girl also told police she was examined by a local hospital and was diagnosed with two sexually transmitted infections, documents say. According to court documents, Williams said they had sex twice, once at her home and again in his car and that it was all consensual.
