  Misschien begrijp ik je niet goed, maar als jij 1) een smartphone met
whatsapp hebt en 2) bereid bent om deze smartphone aan te hebben staan
met een - desnoods Wi-Fi - Internet verbinding, dan kan 'WhatsApp Web'
nu juist *wel* doen wat je wilt. I.e. *i.p.v.* het scherm en
toetsenbord-op-scherm van je smartphone, gebruik je het (grote) scherm
en (echte) toetsenbord van de PC. Zoals ik schreef, wordt het werkelijke
*zenden* en *ontvangen* van berichten gedaan door je smart-phone,
vandaar dat die aan moet staan. Dus je PC fungeert eigenlijk als een
'domme terminal' die aan je smart-phone hangt,
