I have solved the problem. I have just installed acpi packages :) . I didn't use blacklist.
#apt-get install ^acpi*

did you check output of dmesg ? Could you share here?

you could also try the hcitool to see the status.

I assume it is internal/built in BT via usb (internal) link

So the problem could be at few levels.

- kernel driver
- usb/bt stack
- udev

look in those directions and share logfiles. For example after "modprobe
ath3k" do 
$ dmesg

and post the relevant portion here
