Hi, I'm planning some small changings for BIOS -> UEFI changings in the installation-guide. No big deal, in many cases just changes "BIOS" into "BIOS/UEFI", but I wanted to provide a patch here nevertheless for review/comments. Together with what we already have about UEFI in https://d-i.debian.org/doc/installation-guide/en.amd64/ch03s06.html#UEFI it should now be sufficient to close this bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=905173 "[installation-guide] Document EFI firmware as successor of BIOS" Thus tagging as pending.
