Together with what we already have about UEFI in
https://d-i.debian.org/doc/installation-guide/en.amd64/ch03s06.html#UEFI
it should now be sufficient to close this bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=905173
