When prepared the update I aimed to split the changes upstream wich do
not require a packaging change and those with packaging changes, but
missed to actually do the correct thing for the SMU 13.0.0 firmware.

Fixed in git
https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/firmware-nonfree/-/commit/2d705025066fb518ba7a84107e674f520814076f
and will be in the next upload.
