Despite https://metadata.ftp-master.debian.org/changelogs//non-free/f/firmware-nonfree/firmware-nonfree_20221214-1_changelog
mentioning "amdgpu: add SMU 13.0.0 firmware for amd-5.4"
and the andgpu/smu_13_0_0.bin file being available in the upstream
release, the corresponding file /lib/firmware/amdgpu/smu_13_0_0.bin is
not part of http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/non-free/f/firmware-nonfree/firmware-amd-graphics_20221214-1_all.deb

This causes boot failures for Debian sid users with AMD Radeon RX 7900
XT(X) video cards. As mentioned in
