In einer bestimmten Situation funktionieren die großmäulig verkündeten "Rechte" eben nicht. Da es letztendlich immer auf "Diese Rechte gelten, außer, wenn sie uns im Weg sind" hinausläuft, kann man sie auch gleich weglassen.

Das Einzige, was die Freiheit gefährden kann, ist es, im Sinne der Terroristen zu reagieren: Mit Einschränkungen der Freiheit. Sorry! Gestehe ich gerne zu - ich möchte auch lieber eine direkte Demokratie nach schweizer Vorbild hierzulande. Allerdings haben die Schweizer länger die VDS als Deutschland, und das ist einfach nur grottendämlich, selbst wenn man dem Staat vertraut. Daß solche Datenbestände nicht dauerhaft vor Kriminellen zu sichern sind, sollte inzwischen evident sein. Hanno

Ich denke das hier auch reinspielt, daß die Nazis den Krieg verloren haben, die anderen eben nicht. Da die Geschichte immer von den Siegern geschrieben wird konnte hier das eine oder andere unangenehme Detail unter den Tisch fallen. Die Roten Khmer sind hingegen irgendwann rausgeflogen und es gibt zumindest Ansätze einer Aufarbeitung. Gerrit
