Nichtwähler beeinflussen Wahlpropaganda und Politik insofern, als dass man ihre Interessen nicht beim Wahlkampf berücksichtigen braucht, (U.a. sie nicht zu den wahlurnen treibt.) Nichtwähler mit Parteireferenz bedeuten so etwas wie Minusstimmen für die Partei bei der Verteilung. Denn einerseits kann ein respektables Ergebnis unter 5% weitere Wähler anziehen und die Parteimitglieder zur Weiterarbeit motivieren, andererseits können auch Parteien unter 5% für jede erhaltene Stimme staatliche Finanzierung erhalten.

Aber wenn man mal richtig darüber nachdenkt: Bismarck hatte voll und ganz Recht! Für die Parteienfinanzierung dürfte das analog zutreffen.

Aber eine eigene Lösung haste auch nicht zu bieten. Keine
Parteienfinazierung, und keine die schon Geld haben. Wer bleibt da
deiner Meinung nach übrig? Ach ja solche die Geld von Lobbyisten
annehmen sollens auch nicht sein.
