Partei C hat 4 Stammwähler. Partei S hat 3 Stammwähler. Die anderen 3 Wahlberechtigten enthalten sich ihrer Stimme. Partei C gewinnt. Wenn aber 2 Nichtwähler statt ihre Stimme wegzuschmeißen die Partei S wählen, dann gewinnt diese.
