Warum sollte er das?
Wer sagt den, dass alles Scheiße ist. Du kannst doch überhaupt nicht
wissen, wie die Situation aussähe, wenn die Regierung von anderen
Parteien gebildet worden wären. Vielleicht ist der gegenwärtige Zustand
der bestmögliche überhaupt, in Anbetracht aller Gegebenheiten.

Der Optimist glaubt, dies sei die beste aller Welten, der Pessimist
fürchtet das.

Eine verkürze Definition aus der Wikipedia: "Die Oligarchie „Herrschaft von Wenigen“, ist in der klassischen (antiken) Verfassungslehre die Entartung der Aristokratie".
