Die Stimmzettel sind bei der Ausgabe zufällig. Man bekommt da keinen
"eigenen" zugeteilt. Es könnte höchstens bei den Briefwählern möglich
sein. Halte ich aber auch da für unwahrscheinlich.

Für die Statistiken bemüht man seit jeher Befragungen vor und nach dem
Wahlgang.
