erstmal gute Besserung.
Zweitens: Trost, denn du bist nicht allein mit Schmerzen,
ich Bandscheibe, die Lendenwirbel.
Erträglich im Augenblick durch Diclofenac als Salbe. Normalerweise 
verträgt mein Magen das nicht gut, aber als Salbe, lokal angewendet, 
geht es.
