Ich schätze, du weißt genau, dass oben mit "posts" das gemeint ist, was
man als "orginal posts" (OP) bezeichnet, also das erste Posting bzw.
Ausgangsposting eines Threads.

Ich behaupte mal, dass so gut wie jeder, der ein OP absetzt, Antworten
darauf wünscht, um eine Diskussion anzustoßen. Insofern ist die Anzahl
der "unanswered post" schon ein wenig interessant.
