Bei meinem Lieblingslauf gab es Hafer(schleim)suppe mit Früchten. Fand
ich die beste Verpflegung überhaupt. Und da es nach der Marathonmarke
noch 30 km weiter ging war auch genug Zeit zum Verdauen. 

Immer mal was essen und trinken zu können, und nicht drei oder zwei
Stunden vor dem Ziel nichts mehr zu bekommen, ist auch mental wichtig.
