Hast Du schon mal programmiert?
So ein Programm braucht leicht ein Mannjahr.
Wenn da 20 000 Programme a 2 cent zugelassen werden,
müsste sich der Programmierer und dessen
organisatorische Betreuung (Sekretariat, Buchhaltung ..)
400 Euro brutto teilen.
Manchmal gilt auch die Regel,
die ersten 90% kosten 90% der
geschätzten Zeit.
Die restliche 10% dauern nochmal so lang.
Wie lange dauert ein Programmentwicklung?
Man multipliziere die geschätzte Zeit mit 3
und nehme die nächst höhere Zeiteinheit ( Jahre statt Monate)
Und dann kommt noch die Wartung.
Fehlerbehebung und Ergänzungen.
Und wenn Programme nicht richtig organisiert sind,
krepieren die vor sich hin
wie der Berliner Fluchhafen.
Und Programme enthalten auch noch das Risiko,
dass sie nach Fertigstellung nicht gebraucht werden.
Der schlimmste Fall ist nur ein Kunde,
an dem man vertraglich gebunden ist.
Hermann
