Seit ich derartiges gehört habe ziehe ich Olivenöl vor
(und seit kurzen habe ich auch Produkte mit Palmöl reduziert).
Allerdings schmecken mir nicht alle in

aufgeführte Produkte.
Ich vermute, das Personen am Mittelmeer wegen des Klimas
einiges gelassener mit weniger Stress angehen wie in D.

Die positiven Chemikalien in Rotwein sollen von der Menge her
extremen homöopathische Wirkung haben.
Beim Alkohol gibt es IMHO zwei positive Effekte
Stress und soziale Angstabbau, die Kommunikation erleichtern.
Allerdings ist das auch anders erreichbar
wie innere Entspannung und Spielemodus.
Die zweite ist, das Alkohol ein Lösungs- also Reinigungsmittel ist.
Ich habe da vor kurzen irgendwo mitbekommen,
dass die positiven Wirkungen nur bei geringen Dosen
und Alter über 65 Jahren überwiegen sollen.
(zum Freimachen von Blutbahnen).

Hochleistungszucht entsteht
zur Steigerung des Pharmaumsatzes führt.
