Das ist es aber eben nicht.
Betrug ist verboten.
Mißbräuchliche(!) Verwendung von Titeln ist verboten.
Ob ein seltsam abgekürzter Name unter diese beiden Punkte fällt,
entscheidet am konkreten Einzelfall(!) der Richter(!).
