Ist es. 
Fett ist nicht das Problem. War es nie. Zucker ist es. Das wurde gezielt
von der US Lebensmittelindustrie verheimlicht seit den 50er Jahren. Und
überall zugesetzt, in Frühstücks-Cerealien, Säften, Softdrinks.
