Du könntest Blöcke mit fortlaufenden Nummern schreiben um bei einem Neustart das Datenende zu finden. Ich sehe das Problem nicht bei der Karte oder beim Schreiben sondern darin dass mangels cache immer wider Dateisysteminformationen von der Wurzel aus gelesen und bearbeitet werden muss. Ich wüde eine kleine Partition mit Dateisystem und einen "dump" Programm an den Kartenanfang schreiben und die Daten roh dahinter. Sowas wie ATxmega192A3U gibt es auch noch mit 16KiByte internem RAM (32MHz@3.3V statt 20MHz@5V, dafür 64 Pins die du vmtl. nicht brauchst und deswegen größeres Gehäuse: QFN mit 9x9mm).

Klingt nach Kanonen auf Spatzen, aber damit funktionieren SD Cards bisher immer und die Zeit draengt. Jetzt muss ich einen Schraubstock holen, um den irgendwie ins Layout zu knirzen. Spaeter wollen wir aber schon wieder davon weg, deshalb war diese Diskussion sehr gut und lehrreich. Das braucht aber Zeit.
