Hoffe mir kann jemand bei diesen Bauteilen weiterhelfen, Google hat 
nichts passendes ausgespuckt.


- S32B
- S00B

Beides SOT25-5

Die Chips werden an 5V betrieben (Pin3 = GND, Pin5 = +5V).
Jeweils zwei Stück (ein Paar) kontrollieren eine Rx bzw Tx Leitung mit 
bis zu mindestens 125kbit/s (CAN-Transceiver).
Vermutlich um ein Push/Pull Signal hochohmig schalten zu können.
