Bin ich in Eile und habe tatsächlich nur 30 oder weniger Minuten beansprucht, zieht mir der Betrieb (Bund) dennoch 40 Minuten ab. In CH ist es üblich und offenbar auch akzeptiert, dass der Bund den Bund bescheisst, insbesondere wenn es die Angestellten und/oder den Steuerzahler betrifft. Ein anderes Kuriosum war die "Lohnerhöhung" für das Putzpersonal. Es wurde deren Arbeitszeit um 10 Minuten gekürzt. Damit fiel aber der Anspruch auf eine bezahlte Pause weg, sodass die Arbeitszeit de facto um 5 Minuten zugenommen hat. Bei gleichem Lohn. Absurd. Noch absurder war, dass ich der einzige vom Betrieb (1600 Leute) war, der nach Bern zur Demo ging. In DE wäre es zu einem sektoriellen, in FR zu einem generellen und in IT zu einem totalen Streik gekommen. -- mfg Rolf Bombach
