Die MultiSync kenne ich nur in kaputt. Meist war das Bild krumm und schief, weil irgendwas an der Umschaltung der Ablenkspulen defekt war. Und die Dinger waren sehr verbaut, da hab ich lieber einfachere Monitore repariert. Hanno

Ich hatte einen Original-Multisync und einen 5D, 19" für so 5, 6000 DM als der rauskam, billige Alternative zu Tektronix damals. Die haben deutlich länger als 10 Jahre gehalten, mit exzellentem Bild, und sind hauptsächlich wegen ihres Stromverbrauchs funktionsfähig auf dem Wertstoffhof gelandet. Der nachfolgende Eizo lebt auch noch und hängt jetzt an einem BeagleBoneBlack. Gruß, Gerhard

Ich kenne nur die NEC 3D und GS. Die Zeit zu ordentlichen Flachbildschirmen hab ich dann mit den erwähnten Sony Workstationmonitoren überbrückt, daher sind mir die 5D und Konsorten wohl entgangen. Die meisten dieser Monitore waren bei uns nach etwa 5 Jahren ziemlich fertig, weil die fast ausnahmslos sinnloserweise mit 100% Kontrast (und dafür kaum Helligkeit) betrieben wurden. Mein Exemplar war dank schonender Behandlung auch nach 10 Jahren noch fit, so daß ich um die nachfolgende ziemliche grottige TN-Displaygeneration herumkam. Nach weiteren 5 Jahren war aber auch meine Flasche alle. Guido
