Das OS ist nicht primär ausschlaggebend, sondern die Kompetenz derer, die es einrichten und betreiben. Es fahren auch Züge und Schiffe mit Systeme, auf denen Windows läuft. Neue Systemarchitektur, keine Rückwärtskompatibilität, keine Wiederverwendbarkeit von Code, quelloffener Code ist Systemvoraussetzung... Kurz: Vergiß es.
