mit der Stromquelle J2 kannst Du den Arbeitspunkt von J1-Q1 einstellen 
und den Ausgangswiderstand der Schaltung sinnvoll von 25-50 Ohm einstellen.

Das ist echt niederohmig im Vergleich zu einem einfachen BF556A.

Hier ist der Zout = 48 Ohm (siehe Plots unten im Thread)
