Dennoch vielen Dank. Ich sehe mal, ob ich da nicht wenigstens fuer einen 
der Pfade NPN reinfroempeln kann. Dann wuerde das ganze allerdings zu 
einem LDO, weil ich eine negative hohe Spannung regeln muss. Da das 
ganze super-clean in Sachen Regelverhalten sein muss, wuerde das nicht 
ganz trivial.

Falls nicht, mache ich das wie gehabt per Bohnenstange, auch wenn das 
etwas unedel aussieht. Der STN9360 geht immerhin bis 600V und wenn man 
drei hintereinander nimmt, koennte das passen. Ob sich der im 
Linearbetrieb auch wohlfuehlt, ist eine andere Frage und da er von ST 
kommt und es sich bei diesem Kunden nicht um ein Key Account von denen 
handelt, kann man Support vermutlich vergessen.
