Nein, Nextcloud ist nur eine Webanwendung mit Schwerpunkt
Dateiverwaltung, Kalender und Adressbuch, die mit "Apps" erweitert
werden kann (z.B. Nextcloud Office, Deck für Aufgabenplanung,
Integration von Draw.io etc.).
Es gibt einen Web-Mail-Client für Nextcloud als "App":
<https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail>
Aber auch der braucht einen existierenden Mailserver. Nextcloud selbst
stellt das nicht bereit.
Persönlich bevorzuge ich allerdings Roundcube, was unabhängig von
Nextcloud genutzt werden kann und ebenfalls nur ein Web-Frontend für
einen existierenden Mailserver darstellt - allerdings kann Roundcube
über ein CardDAV-Plugin auch Adressbücher aus Nextcloud nutzen. Für
Roundcube gibt es auch Integrations-Apps für Nextcloud, wie
<https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail_roundcube> - allerdings erlaubt
Roundcube aus Sicherhheitsgründen normalerweise keine Integration über
IFRAME, wenn es auf einer anderen Domain liegt, weshalb die Installation
mit Einschränkungen verbunden ist. Ich würde das persönlich nicht
empfehlen, sondern Roundcube einfach parallel betreiben oder eben gleich
die Mail-App von Nextcloud nutzen.
Ansonsten gäbe es noch Kolab, was auch Roundcube als Basis nutzt:
