Wie wäre es mit einem Tastatur Präprozessor:
Tastatur hängt an raspberry pi.
In einem Fenster dort wird per SDL2 die Tastatur "abgefangen"
umcodiert und über I2C an einem Arduino Leonardo geschickt
welcher die I2C Eingabe über Tastaturemulator
an den PC weiterreicht.

der bei diesem Projekt eher an ein gelegentlichen Tausch
ö ä gegen [ ] ( Ö Ä gegen { } denkt
um schneller programmieren zu können.
