Aus reiner Neugier hab ich mir diese Datei mal im Editor angesehen.
Ich hab ja nicht mehr allzuviel Ahnung von Windows-Interna, aber IMO ist
es mehr als gerechtfertigt, daß da ein Malware- oder Virenscanner Alarm
schlägt.
Dieses Script setzt globale Applocker Policies, mit denen Admins und lokale
User alle möglichen binaries, dlls und scripte aus allen möglichen
Verzeichnissen heraus ausführen dürfen. Quasi eine massive Umgehung der
Systemsicherheit.

Daß ein soziopathischer "Windows-Experte" wie Kanthak so was bastelt,
ist seine Sache; der hat ja nichts anderes im Hirn. Aber daß ahnungslose
DAUs sich so was runterladen und völlig kritiklos installieren, ist
reine Blödheit.
Wenn es dafür keine Art von "Uninstall-Script" gibt, fürchte ich, daß
dieser Rotz tief in der Registry verankert bleibt oder zumindest Reste
verbleiben.
