Javascriptlinks per Mittelklick in neuem Tab oeffnen - mit Bordmitteln

Moin.

Bei einem Mittelklick auf einen Javascriptlink wie z.B. auf 
http://www.huenersdorff.de/produkte/huenersdorff/universaldosen-vorratsbehaelter-aus-pe.html
in der Spalte "Art. Beschreibung" öffnet sich in Firefox ein neuer
leerer Tab.

Es gibt zu dem Verhalten eine Bugmeldung.

In der Vergangenheit habe ich, um dieses unpraktische Verhalten zu
umgehen, das Skript "middle click javascript fixer" von
userscripts.org eingesetzt. Die Site ist mittlerweile tot.

Kann man die Aufgabe mittlerweile auch mit Bordmitteln lösen?

Oder mit Mitteln, die bereits in TabMixPlus bereitstehen, welches
installiert ist?
