Hi!

Ich nutze alwaybcc als Backupmethode. Den Zielhost habe ich dazu in 
transport_maps eingetragen.

Gleichzeitig hat meine Config noch relayhost und smtp_fallback_relay für 
2 Smarthosts.

Wenn jetzt der Server aus transport_maps nicht erreichbar ist, nimmt 
Postfix leider smtp_fallback_relay, wie kann ich ihm das austreiben?

Du meinst vermutlich always_bcc:

Meines Wissens nach gar nicht. Der Fallback ist ja genau dafür da,
Ausfälle anderer Hosts - egal wo sie genannt sind - als Fallback
aufzufangen. Eine Regel im Sinne "Fallback ja, aber nicht für Host x"
gibt es nicht.
