A decider could be written to detect the exact "hat" construction that is used in one or other proof. It could even detect an infinite number of variations of that pattern, but it can't detect them all. It would be very hard to do in practice because there is a sort of quine involved here, but I'm pretty sure it's possible for at least an infinite number of such patterns.
