Yep. I only ever reboot for System updates, and that' been true pretty
much since 10.4.

I have a mac mini acting as Plex/AirVideo HD server that hasn't been rebooted since
the last version of 10.11 (the machine is only available on the LAN, so
I just haven't cared enough to update it).

That's almost three years.
