I have an old HP 200LX MS-DOS palmtop computer that I keep all my 
passwords in these days.  I also wrote a program to generate 
cryptographically stron passwords, which I keep on the LX.  The Memo 
application on the LX in which all the passwords are stored is itself 
protected by a password, which is written down in the safe.

The safe's combination is not written down anywhere, only kept in 
memory by myself and my wife.
