Technically Keychain is for storing passwords, not all that other
stuff, but you probably could use Keychain to store other things simply
by creating / looking up the entries manually in the Keychain
application. At worst you could create a simple local webpage called
"Credit Card", etc. with a form, then enter the appropriate details
into that and then get Keychain to remember them, again you'd have to
look them up manually rather than having them auto-entered into other
webforms.
