The question is valid.
The purpose is valid.

You don't know the answer, and that's OK.
You don't care about the answer, and that's also OK.

But, it doesn't make the question, or the attempt at SOLVING the 
problem set, less valid just because you have no interest in the 
discussion. (Your comment actually makes YOU the troll, and, me, 
the feeder of the troll for bothering to explain this to you.)

At the moment, the best suggestion is to NOT change the system
time zone:
WINDOWS:
C:\? tzutil.exe /s Japan
or Start>Settings>Control Panel>System>Advanced>Environment Variables

MAC/LINUX:
$ TZ='Japan' date && firefox -url panopticlick.eff.org

But to change *only* the browser time zone.
The problem is the syntax to change *just* the browser time zone.
I can't figure out the *syntax* to do that yet.
But, if that works, that would solve the problem instantly.

Googling, Firefox has related plugins (e.g., FoxClocks), but, 
they seem to be oriented in a different direction than 
spoofing the system time zone.

So, the only thing holding up the solution is the syntax to spoof
the time zone that the browser thinks it is in.
