If you don’t have your Mac configured to lock the screen when you are away
from it, you have nobody but yourself to blame. Due to your own stupidity,
anyone can walk up to it and access everything on it.

Bullshit. I work professionally with all of the above platforms daily. And
not only do I have all of my workstations configured to lock the screen
within minutes of me leaving them, corporate IT mandates they be configured
that way.
