Wrong. What I'm saying is the author of the article has not proven his
assertion that quality is declining. And neither have you.

Which could very well be selective / short memory on the part of
developers. All any of you who say there is a decline have to do is show
some evidence of a trend and I'll be perfectly happy to capitulate.
Until then, you, and the author of the article, are blowing hot air.
