I can't remember how I found that out ... might have been just via
experimenting, InDesign's Help, somewhere online ... or it may have
been from the actual printed manual (almost 500 pages) that came in the
box. 

Unfortunately they no longer do manuals with software, they expect you
to download and waste your own ink to print the manual, or buy
something like the "InDesign for Dummies" book ... meanwhile they are,
as usual, charging you the same price for getting less.  :-(
