But that's trivial. TW includes a "command line tool" named, as I
recall, 'edit'

set editor_command "edit -w --resume +%d '%s'"

Dunno about that, but

set non_Xbrowser "open '%s'"
set Xbrowser "open '%s'"

Works perfectly well for me and always uses my default browser.
