As many have said, Google is my friend.  I found an old blog saying that 
if you collapse the podcast and then expand it with the Option key held 
down you will get a list of all the podcasts.  You just "get" the ones 
you need.  I'm not sure how you clean up (remove) the ones you don't 
need, other than manually, but that is a minor point.
