The 4 partitions were type respectively: 27, 07, 17, and 17. Type 27 is listed as a PQservice partition, which is either FAT32 or NTFS (it is NTFS in this case). It's apparently used by Acer and other OEMs as a hidden rescue partition. Type 07 is standard NTFS (it can also be HPFS, and exFAT).
