No, there are two issues. One, is the missing intelligence on incoming Russian misiles and drones. They accuse Trump for this. Two, is the failure of Starlink for Ukranian drones, which miss the connection, have to drop speed while they automatically wait for the Starlink to come back, and are easier targets, they are killed easily.
