I vaguely remember some comments about USB floppy drives in the past, but I can't remember the context. If it's a USB floppy drive, there may be limitations because of that. As someone said, being able to read a floppy disk at this time is way more important than being able to write to it. I know I have a couple of USB floppy drives, just in case, but I've never tried them. This computer still has a floppy drive.
