Unlike you, I have no limits.

How does refusing to adopt an alternative method imply
a limitation? Answer: it does not.

I have never designed a rocket engine and I never will.

You are an IDIOT.

That is very far from being true.

I have described my use of Gentoo Portage many times
in the past. But you are too stupid to remember.

For the benefit of your stupid self, I use Gentoo Portage
only for automated building. The distro itself is my own
creation.

Gentoo is very flexible (far more flexible than your
stupid self). Gentoo has defaults that allow a user
to produce a standard distro, but those defaults can
be overridden to allow the creation of a totally unique
and personal distro.

Pay attention and learn from the master (that's me).

You know what feels weird? When inputting a birth year online, I have
to scroll WAY up or down to find 1962.

It came quick!

Stop the planet. I want to get off. GD communist bastards. Between
them and the Muslims, I don't know who is worse.

Fsck the distros to cave-in to this. And the horses they rode in on.

That is brave, but totally empty, talk.

Are you willing to abandon the mainstream GNU/Linux
distros?

Answer: No, you are not.

As with the typical Microslop user, you will moan, groan,
and curse but you will not ever give up your Ubuntu, Debian,
Fedora, etc.

Your bluster serves only to fool and pacify yourself.
How pitiful.

You actually named Debian in your condemnation of distros? It rules.
It's where Linux actually confronts the dominance of Windows. I miss
it, sometimes, now that I'm back on Win11. But chances are one day I'll
be back to Linux. The next MS OS (Win12/whatever) is gonna be garbage.

Which is the smart thing to avoid. People work hard for us to be able to
focus on using our distros instead of spending our time to create it.

Well, anyone of those distros is more useful than your useless distro.
You can't buy food on Internet for a start. Once you explained you can't
install LaTeX on your computer because it's too difficult. You are so
limited you need a Microsoft Windows VM. What a joke.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Who would want to work hard for an idiot
like you?

Distros are maintained by those who seek glory (i.e. they cannot
be Linus Torvalds or Dr. Richard M. Stallman but they can at least
package the creations of same). They don't work for you. They
work for themselves.

The same applies to me. I have created my own personal distro
and I am very proud of myself. You cannot do it but I can because
I am technically superior to your sorry ass.

In contrast, you can only beg. You beg and you accept what the
distros give you because you cannot give to yourself.

You are a pathetic loser.

The fault is with the site developers who are incompetent (like you).

I can get no help from this group because most everyone here,
including you, is technically illiterate.

I can install LaTex (TeX actually) with one single command:

emerge texlive

But I choose not to do so because I do not use it currently.

So stop making things up in your feeble attempts to discredit
me.

Do not ever forget: I am master. You are lackey.

You should thank the distro makers - without them Linux would NEVER have
been adopted by anyone but the most dedicated and technical.

And for others. They spend lots of unpaid time building and developing
and doing tech support.

Unlike you, who "couldn't care less about the community."

Maybe you could so some Gentoo tech support on the forums. It might be
impossible, but try not to be a total dick.

We know, bozo. You've been telling us (but not showing us) how great
you are for literally 10 years.

Don't you get sick of inane lying and bragging to Usenet, to people you
don't respect and that have no respect for you?

No you're not. You've shown technical idiocy MANY times, on and off Usenet.

Stephane has shown himself to be an extremely competent Linux user.

Why so miserable all the time, lameass?

You probably need a good cry.

And it's past time for you to follow my 3-prong approach to bettering

1 a drug
2 a woman
3 a Microsoft Windows

It's not a surprise, you are just confirming how limited you are. There
are lots of reasons for working in open source. Some are the ones you
described, but it's only a tiny part of the story.

> The same applies to me.

The same what? You are working for glory? You have to improve a lot for
that to happen.

> I have created my own personal distro

Well, you believe that. It doesn't make it true.

> and I am very proud of myself.

You shouldn't.

> You cannot do it but I can because

You don't know what I can do and what I can't do. Unlike you, I'm
not sharing my failures pretending it's greatness here.

> I am technically superior to your sorry ass.

Well, there are a lot of people technically superior to me. You are not
among them. Far from that, your messages and videos proved that each
time you are trying to show your greatness. You show you don't
understand what you are doing, you are doing things and sometimes it
works. But it's pure luck.

> In contrast, you can only beg.

Unlike you, I never asked for help here. So you are the one begging.

> You beg and you accept what the
> distros give you because you cannot give to yourself.

I chose the distro which is closer to my requirement. And then I adapt
to have exactly what I want. Which you can't understand because you
don't understand how a distro works.

> You are a pathetic loser.

Well, I managed to get what I want. You are the one begging for help
here from time to time.

They all work. You were proved wrong by someone here. What about the
pathetic loser?

More than twenty years ago, you would have been right. A lot of websites
were very difficult or impossible to access from Linux. But unlike you
who are still stuck in the past, websites and browsers evolved and
everything is fine now.

The only thing that prevents you to access some websites is you lack of
technical skill.

> The same applies to M$ Winblows.

No. If Linux is everywhere on the server side, Microsoft Windows is
everywhere on the end user side. So if a website was unable to be
accessed from Windows, it would never survive.

> The fault is with the site developers who are incompetent (like you).

The pathetic loser is the one that blames his own failures on others.
You are not alone here, the far right and far left extremists are
spreading everywhere.

> I can get no help from this group because most everyone here,

I gave you help before and then you pretended that never happened. So
you can just go fuck yourself: I won't help you anymore.

I believe you choose not to because it won't work.

You asked for help here once because it was to difficult for you to do.

> Do not ever forget: I am master.

The only thing in which you can pretend to be a master is in bullshit.

You really are a total idiot. You do not understand human motivation.

If people do not demand monetary compensation, then they will demand,
for them, an equivalent. Altruism does not exist.

For FOSS developers, the equivalent is recognition and glory.

You cannot realize this because you contribute nothing to FOSS.
Nothing.

Yes, I most certainly can know.

If you were indeed a technically competent person then you would
not withhold your expertise.

But you have no expertise. Therefore, your refusal is just a cover
to protect your self esteem (ego).

Yes, I most certainly am among them.

As the great poet Wolfgang Goethe once said: "We can know only what we
are."

You are an ignorant idiot. Therefore, you can only know ignorant idiocy.

My supreme greatness is forever beyond your meager perception.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!

All distros are virtually identical. There is no difference in capabilities.

The fact that you somehow perceive a difference further proves that you
are a deluded idiot.

No. You are, as usual, totally wrong.

Furthermore, this is a very serious problem and someone should investigate.

Websites should not fail on GNU/Linux, but they do.

You, and the other lackeys on this NG, obviously have limited experience.
We need an investigation by highly competent people and that does not
include you.

I have spoken.

The case is closed.

I installed antiX on a eeePC 700 as an experiment. That isn't a fair test
because of the hardware constraints but it does not use systemd.

https://forum.artixlinux.org/index.php/topic,9304.msg55607.html#msg55607

"We'll NEVER require any verification or identification from the user."

https://github.com/BryanLunduke/DoesItAgeVerify?tab=readme-ov-file

That's the current list. Note that Arch Linux 32 is a separate project
from Arch Linux.

Supposedly geoblocking a region is a violation of the GPL so that will be
another fight.

They're allies. If the left becomes the government, they plan on
stripping the Muslims of their right to worship as they please; if the
Muslims win, they plan to slaughter the left. Both sides worship the Devil.
