I installed antiX on a eeePC 700 as an experiment. That isn't a fair test 
because of the hardware constraints but it does not use systemd.

That's the current list. Note that Arch Linux 32 is a separate project 
from Arch Linux. 

Supposedly geoblocking a region is a violation of the GPL so that will be 
another fight.
