I suppose that would depend upon the quality of the teacher.
I'd be interested in some examples.

That's why so many of us wear our Schestowitz tattoos with pride.

I was going to get one of these but went with the Schestowitz instead. Maybe
it's just me but having "Psycho" tattooed on your forehead and a big "Nazi"
on your neck might not be the best career move.

And why does Zeke think that taking Rex's name and converting to
"Rexxie"would be an impossible act for someone other than "Rex"? Is Zeke
stupid, or a kook?

Anyway, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that that page is yet another faked
frame-up job intended to further Microsoft's "Evangelism is War" goals...

So who's the k00k? Obviously, a person that would go to such trouble to try
to appropriate someone else's persona, post foulness or craziness as if it
were from that person, and then point everybody to that manufactured
evidence.

Chris Ahlstrom. Far too dumb and stupid to recognize the facts right in
front of his face.

Well played.
It was satirical prose designed to weed out the kooks and losers.
You passed the test with flying colors.

LOL. What would Donald Trump call these two?

   "Losers"

--
The Least Perceptive Literary Critic
The most important critic in our field of study is Lord Halifax. A
most individual judge of poetry, he once invited Alexander Pope round to
give a public reading of his latest poem.
Pope, the leading poet of his day, was greatly surprised when Lord
Halifax stopped him four or five times and said, "I beg your pardon, Mr.
Pope, but there is something in that passage that does not quite please me."
Pope was rendered speechless, as this fine critic suggested sizeable
and unwise emendations to his latest masterpiece. "Be so good as to mark
the place and consider at your leisure. I'm sure you can give it a better
turn."
After the reading, a good friend of Lord Halifax, a certain Dr.
Garth, took the stunned Pope to one side. "There is no need to touch the
lines," he said. "All you need do is leave them just as they are, call on
Lord Halifax two or three months hence, thank him for his kind observation
on those passages, and then read them to him as altered. I have known him
much longer than you have, and will be answerable for the event."
Pope took his advice, called on Lord Halifax and read the poem
exactly as it was before. His unique critical faculties had lost none of
their edge. "Ay", he commented, "now they are perfectly right. Nothing can
be better."

Yet he thinks that there is "nothing to complain about" as long as
it's *possible* to avoid the market-leader's product.

Yeah, he's a "smart one" that Kreep.

Oh, and if you're unwilling to pony-up a significant amount of money
just to decline the market leader's product, you have "no principles".

Yeah, that's nothing to complain about. A few zealots willing to pay
extra have a "big chance" of turning the tide of *that* market.

Sheesh.

I always *blindly* followed and supported Roy Schetstowitz, until I
found out that he outright *lied* about Joe "Zonker" Brockmeier, former
community leader of OpenSUSE.

Schestowitz has gone off the rails.
His site is nothing more than a very difficult to read den of paranoia.

I'm sure that he sees himself as being an Alex Jones of the open-source
world even though he's about as influential and important as one of the
man's toilet flushes.

He is attacked because he is a moron, not because he is fighting for
freedom. George Washington was fighting for freedom from the British but
even he was able to find common ground with the enemy from time to time.
"Doctor" Schestowitz thinks that even the janitor at Microsoft is the
embodiment of pure evil.

Microsoft doesn't care about Roy Schestowitz because nobody else does
either. If the guy had a million followers, chances are that they might
notice. As it is, Roy has a few hundred like-minded idiots in his camp
and he is a hypocrite even then as he is found on Twitter despite his
claims that he is against proprietary code of all kinds. As for
"accurately documenting," it would only be true if his articles could
point to academic articles or something published in a widely-respected
and still-credible news enterprise. Instead, he "proves" his statements
by pointing to his own articles.

I would absolutely love to support Roy if he were actually telling the
truth. In fact, I say this right now: I will donate $20 a month to Roy
and his repulsive site if he can start pointing to real articles rather
than his own to prove his claims. I will give even more if he can add a
supporter of Microsoft and Apple onto his radio show to make it more
objective.

All true.
Schestowitz's site is long on words, accusations and implications but very
short on facts.

If you read his articles you will see stuff along the lines of "a little
birdie told me that ....". It's nothing more than a tech version of a
supermarket rag like The National Enquirer.

Yuck. You're so creepy.

You have no opinion. Roy's "opinions" are left on your tongue as you withdraw it from Roy's backside.

What is it with you and cutting off testicles?

most certainly it's eager beaver seeking the attention he never got from father when he was a child.

Ahlstrom is a most obedient lap dog for Schestowitz.

odd that Ahlstrom cries k00k so easily and so ofter. Yet he admires 7, homer and Liarwitz.

Definitely a +1

It's pathetic seeing a grown man try so hard to be liked by some anonymous usenet loser.

Ahlstrom is desperate to be accepted. He'll do anything to be one of the boys.
