No, just one. But it is a convenient attempt for chrisv to try to distract readers
into forgetting *why* he posted the pic in the first place...

Yet just who was it again who had showcased ones’s office attire being

What was it trying to prove again? That they aren’t lilac colored anymore?

If you're going to lead-off your post with a lie, I'm going to stop
reading it, -highhorse.

Just as in your previous post, claiming that you've pointed-out
"logical fallaices" from me, which, of course, has never happened.

Back on planet Earth, I have documented your logical fallicies
countless times.

Is critisizing some aspects of a product's design the same as saying
that it will not succeed in the market, -highhorse? You felt
strongly-enough that the one leads to another, that you accused an
honest man of lying. That makes you an asshole, as well as an idiot.

You well-documented Photoshop lies also come quickly to mind. From
our entirely reasonable, value-based opinions, you concluded that we
"globally reject it for all possible consumers", and that we have an
"irrational hate" of it, which demonstrates an "unfortunate
close-mindedness".

One of your biggest laughers was when you argued that Linux users are
more likely to pirate Windows software than Windows users are. The
sole piece of evidence behind this piece of "logic" was that Windows
has "more & better software tools". Err... People who need those
tools generally just run Windows.

How about your claim that Linux distros decling to spend the money so
that they may legally call their distro a "unix" "logically" results
in a lack of "customer-centric expectations of quality assurance".

How about your claim that using both Windows and Linux is a dilemma,
akin to wanting to wanting to "have your cake and eat it too"? Funny,
I see no similarities in the two situations.

And on what basis did you conclude that "a healthy segment of the
advocates" use Linux "merely that it is cheap (free)"? Because it's
not at all true, you know. You just *constantly* at getting it wrong,
-highhorse.

I could go on and on...

The basis for this "logical" conclusion? My "bitter" attitude in
cola.

Gosh, couldn't there be *some other* explanation for my being
"bitter"? Seriously, a 5-year-old could see the massive hole in the
logic!

Pull up a seat and grab your popcorn, everyone. Hopefully, -highhorse
will put his "logic" skills on display for us, again, and support his

Obviously, you would *never* see me make *any* of these types of
logical errors that -highhorse does *with regularity*.

I've met "-highorse" types in real life. They're usually smarmy and smug and
(strangely enough) no one wants anything to do with them. If we're going to
play "I know all about your life even though I don't know shit from Shinola"
than I would guess that "-highhorse" is fundamentally lonely and bitter.

William Poaster and I will destroy LibreOffice with my mind.

William Poaster's computer has more cores than Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf's. William Poaster wins. Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf loses. So take that, Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf. These posts are clearly NOT automated, they are made by a pill popping pervert with a sick agenda who has way too much time on his hands. HA! You've proven very little.

Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf gets excited that William Poaster is on the other end. Imagine if Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf walked up to a wall and delivered the punch line. It wouldn't be worth it. William Poaster gave back what he gets from Jeff 'The Flooder' Relf some, big deal. No need to be a whiny jerk about it?

My mistake was to believe that a self-proclaimed Engineer was competent
enough to take a simple photo. My bad.

Sorry, but repeating a lie over & over again still doesn't make it true.

> Is critisizing some aspects of a product's design the same as saying
> that it will not succeed in the market, -highhorse?

Incorrect, for it isn't "some" because a fundamental aspect of FOSS is
found in the very first word: "Free". This is what makes it incompatible
with the classical tenants of Capitalism's markets.

Furthermore, the point wasn't if it would "succeed", but if Capitalism's
"free market" principles that you babble about even apply. As was noted
(but "snipped") is that Capitalism's market forces to reward/punish Linux
don't exist: bad old crappy distro's can (& do!) hang around for years,
capturing unwary perspective clients just like a ghost net kills fish, never
to be harvested by the fisherman.

> You felt strongly-enough that the one leads to another, that you accused

Just who is this alleged "honest man"? That can't be you, because those
accusations were substantiated, and an honest man doesn't lie.

Never mind that I provided cites which showed that that was indeed the
claim which Linux advocates had made! /S

And that's not even counting Mister "70,000x better!".

> One of your biggest laughers was when you argued that Linux users are
> more likely to pirate Windows software than Windows users are.

Got cite for that? Because I don't recall it being comparative. And that's
even before noting that your phrasing doesn't deny Linux pirates - just
that they're supposedly "not as bad".

> The sole piece of evidence behind this piece of "logic" was that Windows
> has "more & better software tools". Err... People who need those

False, for there was also the sales of Linux PCs in India, which then failed
to show up in their usage stats.

> How about your claim that Linux distros decling to spend the money
> so that they may legally call their distro a "unix" "logically" results

Some customers won't buy anything but certified Unix(TM) because of
the assurances to customers that certification reportedly affords. And
since it isn't a freebee rubber stamp, very few (if any) Linux distributions
bother with it, and therefore do not compete in that marketplace.

> How about your claim that using both Windows and Linux is a dilemma,

Because no Linux person ran Wine ever! /S

That's nice, but data trumps faith.

As was just cited again last week, the research data found that iOS has a
higher income than Android. Ditto for Mac vs PC, again in favor of Apple.
There's also data that says that intelligence is a predictor of success,
including income:

<https://www.studyfinds.org/survey-iphone-owners-happier-more-money-friends-android/>

<https://www.forbes.com/sites/adriankingsleyhughes/2012/06/26/mac-users-have-money-to-spare-says-orbitz/>
<https://www.forbes.com/sites/quora/2015/09/16/is-iq-a-predictor-of-success/>
<http://vaultfeed.com/study-finds-that-iphone-users-are-smarter-and-wealthier-then-samsung-users/>

BTW, going by the first of these URL's (and the most recent), it found that
the income of Apple (iOS) customers is 44% higher than of Linux (Android).

BTW, I've already pointed out that his use of "herd" to describe true advocates is insulting, since he's likening them to Mac users. I don't know if there is a encumbered open source program to handle such tasks. Jonas Eklundh has yet to show how MATE does anything above the minimum on Linux.

That is the problem now and less experienced educators don't care at all; people from earlier generations SHOULD know better than to fall for the New World agenda. And in retaliation you have nothing but a crack to start more flooding.

Having to suffer the use of System76 is not what most want to do.

iOS runs on the System76 kernel. So yeah, System76 is mobile. System76 is a super computer. System76 is a server. System76 is a desktop. System76 is growing in market share. Everyone is Troll Master Steve Carroll -- the oldest gag in the book. Requesting Troll Master Steve Carroll to apologize, as fruitless as it is, is distinct from quoting his trolling. My bottom line was that honest people arrive here to assail trolls. It's not as if most do not know what this place is, Klaus Schadenfreude included. Pull up a background check on Troll Master Steve Carroll and you will see that he was in gaol last year. Anyone know what for? The online reports don't go into that degree of detail and public lists are private unless subpoenaed. No no hell no. He never agreed to stop flooding. He lied about his trolling and that was that.

By being taught by 'experts' like that you get concepts like 'equal rights'. Carried to its (im)moral progression, the media position that it's 'gross' for a heterosexual human to not wish to marry a dead body is born.

Snit can create a virtual machine. Of course that is not possible on anything but Linux! I am a total devotee of macOS, because that's where all the exciting ingenuity is happening.

Being self-governed as it is, the email infrastructure will never go away but it'll never be known by the general public.

And free advice is worth what you paid for it too...especially when it

Perhaps you use it incorrectly. Do you not comprehend the use of encryption?

I bet ronB thinks his wife's life was hard.

ronB would have to be suffering from intense madness to be unsure of whether or not he "never had" built a website with Klaus Schadenfreude. Gee, who could it be? When a guy can't keep his lies straight and exercises bogus, face saving garbage later, it's extremely obvious what his ploy is. Sandman trolls ronB. Here is a list of names Jonas Eklundh has admitted he attributes to ronB "Cactus Pete", "Donald", "Donald Miller", "Horace McSwain", "Hymen", "meat", "Mike Weaver", "Modena IV Drid", "Omar Murad Asfour", "Rhino Plastee", "Soapy", "SopwithCamel", "Sunny Day", "Takuya Saitoh", "The Letter Q", "tmelmosfire", "zevon". And the herd is stupid enough to believe him.

Contrary to ronB's claim that he has "no experience in making enemies" (a lie as illustrated by the fact that he hacked Klaus Schadenfreude's Gmail account) he was quoted asking programmers how they would take down a website.

Absolutely agreed. I use Linux, macOS, and Windows... and each has pros
and cons. These stupid religious wars are insane.

We see this a lot in COLA, people who think that having 1,000 choices
for their GUI, for example, makes them a GUI expert and allows them to
understand how all those choices work together to increase or decrease
productivity and even enjoyment of the system.

The end result is they HAVE to spend a lot of time to even understand
what these features are and how to get to them, AND they end up making
less than optimal choices.

On the other side, systems such as macOS or Windows which are based on a
lot of research and community feedback can go too far in not offering
customization which would be beneficial to a SPECIFIC person.

Both ways have pros and cons.

Or one of the "herd" members. :)

Reminds me of Owl with his sc work. He shows no signs of understanding
the dangers of what he does. For his own use that is fine, but he
presents it as stable and usable by people who would actually make use
of the rows and columns he added.

Say I wrote a great program... I make a Windows version and a macOS
version. Should I then make a version that fits in with the KDE UI? The
GNOME UI?

He wants fame. He wants to push his ideas of sexual harassment and abuse

Their refusal to speak of the weaknesses holds it back. No doubt.

Absolutely correct.

Personal attacks from those who troll show their own insecurity. They
cannot use reason to show the message to be wrong so they try to feel
somehow superior by attacking the messenger.

They cling to their attacks and ignore the message time and time again.

What is the world coming to when a Troll Master Steve Carroll flood post can not get any responses? What Wayland looks like matters little and of no concern, especially if it's FOSS. If Troll Master Steve Carroll calls being busted using socks day in and day out by everyone (and completely ruining his reputation and any reason for me to give credence to anything he has to say - for the rest of time) good 'trolling', then whatever... he is a fine troll. I do not personally subscribe to that view, I use another term. I call that person an out-and-out peabrain.

Ha! Right, Troll Master Steve Carroll is seeking to market a WordPress reference, which Sandman can get from torrent sites, that I taught myself. If he wasn't so lost he would figure out how ignorant he looks ;)

I think the point is more than to get Sandman to listen to him. The point is likely to piss me off for trolling outside groups he knows I frequent.
