Simple. Linux offers zero incentives for people to adopt it.
Linux applications typically suck and for those applications that don't
suck like gimp or Libreoffice, Windows versions exist.
The Linux community itself by virtue of it's nasty, condescending attitude
toward noobs has doomed Linux forever.

The only people running desktop Linux these days are religious nuts or
idiots because Linux offers nothing and no reason to use it.
Yea, go compile that program.
Who cares?
My top of the line processor makes minced meat out of your 40 hours of
compiling.

My advice?

Linux zealots need to move on because Linux has become a joke.

The DES Office of Inspector General (OIG) exists to safeguard Arizonans

One of the missions of the DES Inspector General's Office is to conduct 
administrative and criminal investigations regarding SNAP benefits 
trafficking. 

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Trafficking 
Detection Unit (TDU) investigates complaints and allegations regarding 
the improper use of SNAP benefits and prepares cases for administrative 
sanction and criminal prosecution. 


Referrals for suspected benefit fraud are received from the benefit 
program, from the public, and through the use of other investigative 
tools. 

This information provides the springboard for investigatory activities, 
including partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement 
agencies to conduct joint investigations.

Suspected fraud can be reported online via the links below or by calling 
the Department’s toll free hotline number at 1-800-251-2436, or locally 
at 602-542-9449.

I wouldn't call them lies but they ARE typical, almost stylish comments
which have been repeated ad nauseum over the years.

It has become something of a joke and resembles a situation in which
some Honda owner who constantly buys his vehicles from that brand
ridicules anyone who buys from a competing company because Honda is "so
much better." They might be in some categories the same way that Windows
might be better in some respects but those cars are also boring and
generic the same way that all Windows desktops look alike and are
therefore generic.

In other words, if we all drove a Honda, a lot of the excitement of
driving would be destroyed.
